Guidelines

For all Spa services please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arriving late will simply limit the service time however you will still be charged for the full cost of your appointment. Please notify us if you are taking any medications, are pregnant, have had recent surgery or any other medical conditions as some treatments maybe
contra-indicated.

Cancellation Policy

Chestnut Hill Salon & Spa requires a minimum 12-hour notice for appointment cancellations or the client will be charged 100% of the booked service.

Good to Know Information

* Gratuities are not included in the cost of your service however they are appreciated.

* Cell Phones: For the benefit of everyone, we ask that you silence your cell phone while receiving a service. Please re-frain from using your cell phone in the building. Kindly take or make calls outside on the porch.

* Gift Certificates are available for purchase and are non-refundable, and non- redeemable if lost or stolen. There is a 90 day expiration date on All gift certificates. Gratuities are not included in gift certificates.

*Group services include three or more people. Let us help you plan your special event! Chestnut Hill provides delicious re-freshment trays & beverages for your party. There is a 20% gratuity that will be added for All group services. We re-quire a 50% non-refundable deposit for group events.

*We allow 7 days to fix your hair if you’re not completely satisfied with your end result. We want you to be happy!

* We stand behind our products 100 %. Any product that you are not satisfied with, we allow 30 day for a swap out or a retail credit.
